Fare Share

Fare Share works with major supermarkets across the UK to provide a supply chain to a wide range of food banks nationwide.

Its line management are young and may not have had formal management training previously.

The programme is face to face aimed at this group of hardworking and committed managers and has a highly practical bias for immediate application in the workplace based on the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management.

Further programmes include coaching and appraisal techniques.
