Once completed, you’ll achieve a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship Certificate, accredited by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE).
Apprenticeships are funded through a levy scheme operated by HMRC, deducting 0.5% of annual payrolls above £3 million. Employers can access this fund by partnering with approved providers like Cherith Simmons.
For smaller organisations, schemes provide 95% funding, which we can access on your behalf. Currently, funding is worth £7,000 per apprentice, making the training effectively free except for the accreditation fee.
