About the ILM Level 5 programme
The ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management Award, Certificate or Diploma gives middle managers the skills required to be more effective leaders.
The programme is designed for middle managers who need to face today’s challenges by improving their own skills and the performance of their teams and their organisations.
This programme can be delivered by attended or distance learning. It is designed for a group of 8-15 participants. Mixed mode approach may also be available. Learning is monitored by the use of Progressive Assessments – Award learners have 2 to complete, Certificate learners have to complete 5 and Diploma learners have to do 6 plus a Business Case and CPD.
For MOD personnel this programme is ELCAS funded
Programme duration:

Certificate – approximately 12 months
Diploma – approximately 18 months
