To help organisations install coaching as a method of managing and improving performance at all levels, we have authored a complete coaching based appraisal system called ‘Discuss’©.
‘Discuss’ incorporates an online performance grid to plan staff members current skills and output, and to plan their development journey to where the organisation needs them to be.
Appraisers at all levels have access to banks of coaching questions to suit the needs of their team member along with guidance as the interval at which sessions need to occur.
Feedback is collated online to give learning and development professional an organisational overview in order to plan any additional training needed.
