Making things work better for less, is embedded in our CLEVER Leadership approach.

However, in addition to our more general Leadership and Management programmes we also offer specific programmes focused solely on service and process improvement.

These run over 4/ 5 days separated by anything from a week to a month.  We also offer intensive 2/3 days programmes.

All programmes are run on site.  Participants can be whole teams from a single service, from disparate teams or can group participants from different organisations who work in partnership to deliver service.

The focus is on learning the skills to diagnose service delivery problems and applying them practically and continuously to real world problem faced by the organisation during the programme to deliver costed viable solutions.

Our most experienced change and service improvement specialist work on this programme exclusively, all qualified to Masters level and all with hands on experience of strategic problem solving and innovation in complex organisations.
