Terms and conditions
Programmes are mounted on the basis of minimum viable attendees. A deposit must be paid to secure your place. This is non-refundable should you fail to start or complete the programme.
If Cherith Simmons Learning and Development does not attain the minimum number of viable attendees your deposit and course fees will be eligible for a transfer to an alternative Cherith Simmons Learning and Development programme, product or service (including completing the programme by Distance Learning). A FULL refund is given if no suitable alternative is available within six months of the original start date.
Terms are full payment of course fees and accreditation fees before the commencement of the course less the deposit already paid.
If course fees are not paid in full Cherith Simmons Learning and Development reserve the right to block access to FlexiLearner or to not mark your work until the position has been rectified.
No accreditation will be granted for any portion of the programme completed without payment.
If you cannot attend a workshop/webinar alternatives may be available. Alternative attendance will be arranged and agreed with you. If you do not attend the alternative and do not give 48 hours’ notice there is a £35.00 administration fee.
Should you not complete the programme to your original schedule you may need to join a new group and will be liable to pay a £100.00 administration fee.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you are entitled to a full refund within the 14 day cooling off period. This does not apply to payment plan payments. After the 14 day cooling off period our Refund Policy applies.
Course fees are not refundable if participants do not complete the qualification or drop down to a lesser qualification.
Under exceptional circumstances Cherith Simmons Learning and Development may allow a student to freeze studies or to transfer the remaining value of studies to another programme or Cherith Simmons Learning and Development product. The value of remaining studies will be calculated by Cherith Simmons Learning and Development and advised to the student. Where an employer “the client” has paid for the course once we have calculated the value of remaining studies Cherith Simmons Learning and Development may allow “the client” to transfer studies to another person.
Participant’s accreditation registration may lapse and different assessments may be needed. Partial completion of the programme may qualify for accreditation for a lesser qualification but will require payment of additional certification fees. Please contact us for details.
14-day refund policy for purchases through selected partners/third party advertising platforms, which does not apply to purchases directly through Cherith Simmons
Cherith Simmons Learning and Development collect and use certain types of information relating to Data Subjects who come into contact with the school. This personal information must be collected and dealt with appropriately whether it is collected on paper, stored in a computer database, or recorded on other material to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 as well as the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).
