We were asked to design a programme to improve Children’s Society success rate in securing local authority contracts related to looked after children.

We adapted our existing bid writing programme and customised it to the childcare provision environment with tailored case studies and syndicate working on actual live bids.

We oversaw the development of a bid management structure and information management to streamline the bid production process resulting in a 30 % increase in successful bids secured over the following year.
