What we do

We design, deliver and evaluate large and small learning and development programmes for all sorts of organisations from large blue-chips to small charities and all the way across the health, public and voluntary sectors. We can offer everything from small workshops to large learning programmes combining both face-to-face and web-based learning, with qualifications to Diploma and Post Graduate Certificate level.

We strongly believe that employing the most suitable delivery methods enables us to reach a wider audience while maximising cost-effectiveness to ensure the provision of services at a more affordable rate.

Our team

Our team is a close knit group of highly experienced trainers and facilitators at all levels up to postgraduate programmes.

All have held senior management roles in a wide range of substantial organisations and have developed from a hands on managerial rather than an academic background.

Although respecters of the theory, they are management pragmatics, teaching from the basis of what works in practice to resolve the difficult challenges managers today face.

It also gives them a rich store of experience to draw on to help learners with examples and case studies from their own successful experiences.
