How does the funding work?

Apprenticeships are funded through a levy scheme operated by HMRC, deducting 0.5% of annual payrolls above £3 million. Employers can access this fund by partnering with approved providers like Cherith Simmons.

For smaller organisations, schemes provide 95% funding, which we can access on your behalf. Currently, funding is worth £18,000 per apprentice, making the training effectively free except for the accreditation fee.
