Most programme were delivered online through live, tutor led workshops.

In order to ensure the mix of programmes met the needs of the target audience Cherith Simmons undertook a skills survey and design the programme round the results.

We also provided  an online booking service to reduce the administrative load for the commissioning client.

The resulting 32 programme catalogue and the associated booking service are now part of our standard range of products for Primary Care.
