Cherith Simmons was selected to design & deliver City & Guilds own internal management development programme in partnership with Henley Business School.

The programme was delivered over a 2-year period at various location in London and the Southeast and covered over 100 managers, awarding them with the ILM Diploma in Management at Level 5

The programme featured specially written exercise, cases studies and simulations.
