Cherith Simmons was selected to design and deliver a 3-year management development programme through the vehicle of the Dun & Bradstreet Academy
The programme was delivered at various location in the UK and covered over 150 managers, awarding them with the ILM Diploma in Management at Level 5
The programme featured specially written exercises, cases studies and simulations.
In addition, a substantial Customer Care programme was delivered in London, Birmingham, and Glasgow
