This was a 6 months’ programme working with a collaborative group of managers and clinicians across multiple sectors including; Clinical Commissioning Groups, District Councils, the County Councils Social Services, Primary and Secondary Care Providers & Public Health.

Thanet established a ground-breaking co-located multi-agency approach to commissioning, procurement and service delivery in health and social care.
Our brief was to deliver a highly interactive blended workshop programme to integrate and build the brand-new management teams. This was achieved through a series of 12-day long sessions over a 6-month period.
We worked with a collaborative group of managers and clinicians across multiple sectors including: Clinical Commissioning Groups, District Councils, the County Councils Social Services, Primary and Secondary Care Providers & Public Health.
Bringing together a disparate group of professionals to further the health/Social Care integration agenda and forge them into a cohesive service with the same aims and values.
The workshops focused on a series of prioritised topics including stakeholder engagement, service improvement and design, cost reduction, joint procurement, supplier relationships, and development, performance and partnership working.
The integration element of the programme worked extremely well and excellent working relationships were forged by focussing the learning round the specific projects the integrated teams needed to deliver. This gave clear and applicable relevance to the learning outcomes of the programme.
The programme was attended by over 50 professionals and was accredited by ILM as a Level 5 certificate in Service Improvement. The programme was completely customised with bespoke exercises and work-based projects and managed through our Moodle based FlexiLearner LMS.
