This is a programme we delivered for a consortium of County and District authorities. This 3-year contract covered a wide range of management and interpersonal skills delivered against a framework of ILM qualifications at levels 3 & 5.

They include:

  • Level 5 certificates in Service Improvement
  • 2-day Lean management programmes
  • Bespoke ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management Development programmes
  • Over 1,000 managers took part in the programme over its duration.
  • Cherith Simmons delivered on site at various locations.

All clients were allocated a dedicated client services manager as single point of contact for both the client and all learners.
