Open access programmes

We have been delivering open access programmes for over 20 years and in that time literally thousand of learners have gained a new management qualification with us and in the majority of cases moved on to more responsibility and better rewards.

Many have released their true potential for the first time and many more have been able to benchmark their hard won practical skills with a nationally recognised qualification through ILM, City & Guilds AMSPAR and more recently CMI.

On site delivery in major UK cities or worldwide via distance learning

We run face to face programmes through the year at Morley College near Waterloo in Central London and on demand elsewhere in the UK depending on numbers.

We were a distance learning pioneer and we now run Programmes accessed by learners all over the UK, The Gulf and West Africa.

Comprehensive learning materials are provided online linked through FlexiLearner; our Moodle based Learning Management System.  A combination of self-study and tutor led webinars ensure you can work towards the qualification you need to advance your career. Many programmes contain work based business projects designed to improve service and reduce costs and are designed for real world implementation.  Learners report that this is pivotal for them in raising their own profile within the organisation

ILM Qualifications are available at levels 3, 5 and 7 for first line, middle and senior managers.

In some case fully funded management apprenticeships may be available at level 3 & 5 – please enquire.
