Accredited by ILM at level 3, these programmes enable existing or aspiring managers to gain a qualification via our face to face or virtual workshop programmes, supported by comprehensive ILM/Ofsted approved learning materials. Programmes will be tailored to your environment and sector – you will work with our senior partners and highly experienced tutors to create highly effective development programmes with quantifiable payback.
Three stages, award, certificate, and diploma enable you to tailor input to your organisational needs.
Diploma programmes can also be funded through the Apprentice Scheme which means the Government pays at least 95% of your course fees* (*England only)
ILM Level 3 qualifications are available at award, certificate and diploma levels.
The level 3 Team Leaders and Supervisors apprenticeships incorporate the Diploma and are intended for first-line managers and supervisors. It is designed to develop practical leadership skills and knowledge.
The content for the award and certificate is shown below.
During the programme, learners will be expected to complete work-based assignments to benchmark their skills against the qualification. Certificate participants will also complete a work based improvement report.
