Using this website

We want as many people as possible to be able to use cherithsimmons.co.uk. You should be able to zoom to at least 200%, navigate the main journeys with a keyboard, use meaningful headings and links, and understand form errors without relying on colour alone.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. Automated testing and keyboard checks have been completed on the redesigned site, but an independent assistive-technology audit has not yet been completed. We therefore do not claim full compliance.

Known limitations

• Some third-party documents and linked services are outside our control and may not meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
• The full policy-document library is being reviewed before accessible downloads are published.
• Screen-reader testing across every browser and device combination is still in progress.

How we test and improve

The redesigned website is checked with automated accessibility tools, keyboard-only navigation, responsive browser testing and manual review of landmarks, headings, labels, focus order, contrast and reduced-motion behaviour. We will update this statement after material changes and after an independent audit.
