Learners and employers can raise support, safeguarding, inclusion or reasonable-adjustment needs before enrolment and throughout the programme.

What you can talk to us about

  • Learning needs and reasonable adjustments.
  • Mental health or wellbeing concerns affecting learning.
  • Bullying, harassment, discrimination or online safety.
  • Safeguarding, Prevent or concerns about someone’s safety.

Safeguarding contact

Contact the Cherith Simmons Designated Safeguarding Lead at safeguarding@cherithsimmons.co.uk or call 01932 856565. Safeguarding concerns are triaged the same working day. General learner-support enquiries are acknowledged within two working days.

If the concern involves the Designated Safeguarding Lead, or they cannot be reached and someone may be at risk, contact the relevant local-authority safeguarding service, the police or the specialist services below.
